Popcorn Fundraiser Opt Out

As part of your athletes contract, each player is required to participate in two fundraisers throughout the season.

If you wish to opt out you can do so for $75.00 per fundraiser. The online payment option includes a $3 surcharge to cover processing fees.

Fundraiser 2: Team Butter Popcorn

Please complete opt out transactions without additional physical products in your cart. If you wish to place an order for items in the team shop, please do so in a separate transaction.

If you have more than one SERV athlete, please add separate forms to your cart so the Athlete and Team get credit for the Opt Out.
